During the late '50s and early '60s Miles Davis and John Coltrane produced some of the greatest jazz music ever recorded.  This concert pays homage to that collaboration featuring iconic music from this period - cool Miles arrangements of standards like Bye Bye Blackbird and Some Day My Prince Will Come plus original Miles' classics like So What and All Blues.  

The all-Harwich horn section features Scott Avidon channelling Trane and me playing the part of Miles. Other band members include Cape regulars Mark Borgmann on piano, Michael Ryle on bass and Mike Dunford on drums.
